How can I return or exchange my non-freight Home With Hechart order?
‘Non-freight’ refers to items stocked in-store.
We’ll gladly accept returns of items in their original condition for store credit, or exchanges of damaged items, within 5 days of order delivery.
Items’ ‘original condition’ includes all of their original packaging, attachments, hardware, etc. Items damaged after delivery or missing original components unfortunately cannot be accepted for return.
To request a return or exchange, simply reach out within 5 days of order delivery. Please include your order number with your message, as well as photos of damage if applicable, and we’ll follow up with your next steps.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not permitted for custom art, pillows, or furniture, or for anything personalized or bought at a discounted price.
Please also note that returns will be made at your own risk, and that you should ensure before mailing back your order that it’s adequately packaged and, if necessary, insured. Items damaged or lost in transit back to our store will not be eligible for store credit.
When should I expect to receive my Home With Hechart non-freight order?
We’re able to process and ship all domestic orders within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Upon shipment, expect delivery within five to seven business days.
Are freight items also eligible for return or exchange?

Such items are only eligible for return for store credit or exchange in the case of damage while in transit.

How and when should I expect to receive my Home With Hechart freight order?
Estimated shipping time for freight orders range from 2 to 8 weeks. Immediately following the placement of your order, we’ll be in contact with the manufacturer, and will update you with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Freight items will automatically be shipped via curbside delivery. However, white glove service is available upon request and depending on the policies of the particular manufacturer. To request a white glove delivery service quote, simply reach out immediately following the placement of your order.
